It was a little bit exciting on my Facebook newsfeed the other week as the Oh My Honey 2014 bridal collection was unveiled in a series of teasing reveals. Likers of the Oh My Honey page were drip-fed three new gowns a day. They’re all beauties, and I’m so thrilled to be able to show you them.
There are nine new dresses in high quality fabrics, including lace, damask, embroidered raw silk, duchesse satin and organza. Details such as hot pink zips, bow belts and beaded embroidery make these gowns perfect for those who want to stand out on their big day.
I design these dresses for the modern woman who loves the ’50s style, and this collection really captures the fun and flirtatiousness of this era, whilst also being exceptionally flattering on today’s figures.
states Louise O’Mahony, creator of the brand, who goes on to say,
I wanted to create dresses that make a bride feel beautiful, whilst allowing her to project her unique personality.
So, here we go!
The collection offers a fun and fresh approach on timeless, classic 1950s styles.
