Andrea Pennington-Jess Charleston-2

Jessica Charleston is a Way Out Wedding favourite. I’ve posted about her designs a lot lately because they’re just so beautiful, plus I love the fact that she produces something totally fresh each time. From goddess dresses in the Myth & Muse collection, to a latex groundbreaker. You don’t know what to expect next. You’re kept on your toes. This is my favourite kind of designer.

Jessica has teamed up with Klaire Van Elton, whose accessories I adore. Again, you find the classic next to the stylised, next to the quirky, next to the artistic – total art. Some of them are origami for goodness’ sake! Amazing. Together, these two would definitely sort you out a wedding dress and adornments to make you feel incredible and unique.

When I first saw Klaire Van Elton‘s accessories, I knew I just had to have them in my shop, and I’m so delighted to be her Bath stockist. The ingenious origami pieces complement my Japanese inspired dresses perfectly, while the delicate pearl, lace and floral filigree pieces work beautifully with the more romantic dresses from my Fleurs Sauvages and Myth & Muse collections.

The necklaces shown here, which are just so delicate and pretty, are by Nickie Portman, a Bath-based accessories designer. This is her first bridal collection, which uses freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and semi-precious stones on silk thread and silver wire to create beautifully delicate necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

My favourite style is the origami – what about you? What kind of headpieces are you planning on wearing?
